Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.

Settlement of inherited properties, 1868 and 1885
The mother of Aqa Lutf‘ali, daughter of Haji Muhammad Andani, was his inheritor and when she died, her sister Jan Jan Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad and wife of Karbalayi Abu Talib, became the inheritor. On March 18, 1868, Jan Jan Khanum settled her inherited properties with children of the late Fath‘ali, with two-thirds going to Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali and one-third going to Baygum Jan Khanum, in exchange for four hundred and twenty tumans; one hundred dinars was set for the detriment clause. Settlement between Khatun and her husband, 1853
Settlement between Khatun, daughter of ‘Ishq‘ali from Khuzan, and her husband Sultan Muhammad, son of Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, exchanging some properties (a piece of land, a house, and a garden with its share of water) mentioned in her marriage contract, along with her share of the inheritance from a specific house and garden, and a piece of land inherited from her father for five tumans and a piece of land in Shams Abad from Sultan Muhammad. The fee for the detriment clause is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Settlement between Haji ‘Ali Asghar and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, 1874
Settlement, dated June 8, 1874, between Haji ‘Ali Asghar, son of Muhammad from Khuzan, and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, daughter of Mirza Haji Sayyid ‘Ali and wife of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, over one-twelfth of a house and a garden in Shams Abad of Khuzan. Another twelfth of this property belongs to Sakinah Khanum according to her marriage contract. Umm Kulsum Khanum, mother of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, owns one-twelfth of this property as well. On the verso, dated June 9, 1874: another settlement has determined the shares of Sakinah Baygum Khanum and Umm Kulsum Khanum.

Marriage contract of Shirin Jan and Ghulam‘ali, 1858
Marriage contract of Shirin Jan, daughter of Mirza the tailor, and Ghulam‘ali, ghulam [servant/slave] of Haji ‘Abd Allah (son of Haji Kalb‘ali), dated July 23, 1858. The mahr is eight tumans plus one-sixth of a house in the Shams Abad neighborhood of Khuzan. A note declares that Haji ‘Abd Allah transferred the ownership of one-sixth of the house to Ghulam‘ali. On verso, dated August 24, 1866: Shirin Jan settled her mahr with Haji Muhammad Baqir Sultan, son of Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, for forty rupees. Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars.
